The village of Eyam offers various local amenities and the nearby country houses of Chatsworth and Haddon Hall are wonderful for those seeking some history and culture. A door to the rear of the lounge leads through to the open revamped country style kitchen diner which contains all the essentials. Upstairs there are two bedrooms.
