Located in a peaceful spot close to San Josep’s beaches in the southwest of the island, it boasts views over Es Cubells and Formentera on one side and the island of Es Vedra on the other. The sandstone exterior gives way to a traditional Spanish interior, with beamed ceilings, tiled floors and wooden furniture giving it a rustic, farmhouse feel. Outside, a resort-like garden awaits with a dazzling pool and sun loungers aplenty. After a day by the pool or hitting the nearby beaches – Cala d'Hort is a five-minute drive away – come back for an outdoor shower followed by an alfresco barbecue under the pretty pergola. For a memorable night, find one of the many outdoor seating nooks for stargazing or moonlit chats over a glass of wine.
