It sleeps 14 people in seven bedrooms, all of which offer en-suite shower facilities and there are also three ground floor cloakrooms and a family bathroom with a free standing bath, a walk-in shower and a two person sauna. The bedrooms comprise of one ground floor double, a ground floor twin which can convert to a super king-size double, three king-size doubles, a further double and a twin. There is also a kitchen with an AGA and a breakfast table, a dining room, a sitting room with an open fire, an entrance hall with a seating area and a woodburner, a snug, a games room with table tennis and a utility. Outside there is ample off road parking, lockable bike storage, 10 acres of gardens and grounds with lawns, woodland and lakes and a patio area with furniture, a BBQ and a hot tub, as well as a tennis court. The pretty market town of Ellesmere with its Tudor, Georgian and Victorian buildings quietly nestles between the Shropshire Meres and the well-known Shropshire to Llangollen canal, in an area renowned as Shopshire's Lakeland.
