Holiday home
Park Hill is a luxury house in the Lancashire town of Clitheroe. It has a main building and two separate outhouses, all together there is eight bedrooms consisting of eight super king beds, four of them are zip/link and can be twins upon request, one with an adjoining single, five have en-suite facilities and there is a family shower room, the cottages can sleep seventeen people. Also inside there is a kitchen, a living dining room, a gym, a sauna suite and a cinema room as well as a utility. Outside there is ample off road parking, a lawn to the rear and a covered patio with furniture. Park Hill is a spectacular house in a great location. Check in time 5pm.

MAIN HOUSE: All 4 bedrooms have TVs, bedding provided apart from sofa beds. Master Bedroom: (1x king-size bed) with (1x double sofa bed), with access to balcony. Walk-in wardrobe with (1 x single sofa bed). Ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath, TV, walk-in shower, basin and separate WC. (1 x twin bed) with Jack and Jill access to the bathroom with bath, basin and WC. (1 x super king bed) with (1x double sofa bed) that has Jack and Jill access to the bathroom with bath, basin and WC and fitted wardrobes. (1 x twin bed) with a (1x double sofa bed). Walk-in wardrobe, ensuite bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. The ground floor basin and WC are located under the stairs. Kitchen/Dining Room with 2 x electric ovens, induction hob, 4 stove gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, 2x kettles, 4 slice toaster, microwave, slow cooker, mugs, glasses, plates, bowls, cutlery, pans and utensils located within the cupboards/drawers, breakfast table and snug area with tv, dining room tables and chairs with tv. Utility Room with American Fridge Freezer, washer-dryer, washing machine, condensing tumble dryer and basin. Sorry, no smoking, but cigarette stubb bins are provided at the BBQ area, rear of the main house and patio area opposite the cottage. The outdoor hot tub is not for guest use sorry. Shop and pub 15-minute walk. We take photos/videos of the properties before guests arrive for the benefit of the guests due to arrive and also for the owner after the guests stay. We kindly ask that you order any deliveries of shopping or anything relevant to your stay after the 5pm check-in time.

Area
A town near the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Lancashire. Clitheroe is the perfect base for a holiday, it offers all amenities from a shopping centre to individual shops, pubs and restaurants to choose from. The town has a castle with a maze and a museum. Visit the Edisford Sports Complex with its swimming pool and football pitch. There is the Brungerley Bridge and Waddow Hall is worth a visit. As well as the Forest of Bowland, the town comes within driving distance of the Yorkshire Dales National Park and the Nidderdale AONB, a perfect position for you walkers and cyclists.
