The three bedrooms consist of a ground-floor super-king-size with an en-suite bathroom, a twin with an en-suite and an external ground-floor super-king-size with sitting area and en-suite shower room, along with a cloakroom. Additionally, you will find a kitchen, living/dining room with electric fire, conservatory/dining room, sunroom, summerhouse and external utility. The kitchen hosts an electric oven, gas hob and dishwasher. The external utility hosts a fridge/freezer and washing machine. For entertainment, there is a Smart TV, Bose Surround Sound System and WiFi. Outside there is off-road parking for five vehicles, a large front garden with lawn, patio and furniture, and an enclosed rear, multi-level garden with patio and furniture. The central heating is powered by gas, and there is an electric fire. The fuel and power are included in the cost. Bed linen and towels are also included in the price. Area
Chesterfield is a historic market town that serves as the entrance to the Peak District and has a great deal to offer visitors. The town's regular bustling market days are an excellent opportunity to explore the many diverse specialty shops and stalls that line the ancient Market Hall and lovely Shambles beyond. Queens Park, with its lake, walking paths, and summer bandstand, as well as a museum and theatre, are also located in the town.
