The property is conveniently located within easy reach of the A39 and a great location for touring both Devon and Cornwall. Possible days out include visits to The Eden Project, the delightful fishing villages of Clovelly, Boscastle, Rock and Padstow. As you enter the cottage into the entrance hall, the ideal place to kick off your boots and hang your coats following your countryside walk. To your left you have the spectacular open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which offers a wealth of character, with exposed beams and floor to ceiling windows and French doors that lead out onto the patio area. The beautifully designed lounge area, offers a Smart TV allowing you to catch up on your favourite shows or pull back the curtains and enjoy a night under the stars, it is truly the perfect setting for an evening in with family or friends. The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave.
