This single-storey lodge has four bedrooms including a double with en-suite shower room and a Smart TV, a king-size with a Smart TV, a twin and a bunk, along with bathroom. There is an open-plan living space with a dining area to seat eight guests, a Smart TV in the sitting area, and a kitchen with a gas range with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and wine cooler. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars, a patio with furniture and a hot tub, and a pub/restaurant on-site. You can find a shop within 5 miles, and fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WiFi are all included in the price. Please note this is pet-free, non-smoking property. Mayflower is a gorgeous retreat for a relaxing holiday any time of year.

The village and surrounding area are popular with visitors looking for a true taste of country life, as they are surrounded by lush meadows, high hedgerows, wooded valleys, and abundant wildlife. Roadford Lake, with its sailing, fishing, and visitor centre, is only 4 miles away, and Bude, with its rolling surf, nightlife, and sandy beaches, is only 20 miles away. The RHS Garden at Rosemoor, the Dartington Glass Factory, and the rugged tors and open spaces of Dartmoor are all excellent day trips that can be reached in less than 40 minutes. If you're planning a trip to Dartmoor, keep an eye out for the picturesque moorland villages of Belstone and Sticklepath, which will take your breath away. Those looking for a true countryside experience away from the hustle and bustle of modern life need look no further.
