From here, it’s just 25 kilometres to Siena, while the nearest shops and restaurants can be found in Monteroni d’Arbia and Asciano – both just a short drive away.

*Unless you are renting the entire estate, the outdoor facilities such as the tennis court, bikes, boccia ground and children’s playground may be shared with other residents.

*The swimming pool is only available for use from the 14th of April to the 22nd of October.
