Built between 1865 and 1870 by Auguste Guillemin, the Villa Navarre epitomises the golden era when the English nobility flocked to Pau and is one of the most important 'pleasure-domes' dating from this period.Situated in the Bearn, in the heart of the Pyrénées-Atlantiques,the Villa Navarre is just an hour and a half from the Pyrenean ski resorts and the same distance from the Basque coast and the glamorous seaside resort of Biarritz.Our south facing dining room has a fantastic view of the Pyrénées. Pau's mild climate allows diners to enjoy meals on the terrace, overlooking the stunning gardens, from April to September.Resident Chef Patrick Brossé's cooking fuses regional specialities with delicate flavours. Diners can order à la carte or from his daily menu - the "Expression du Marché" and can select one, two or three courses.
